The Director-General of Hon. Ugwumba Chika Ishionwu’s campaign, Comrade Ndubuisi Kalu, has celebrated his principal, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for Ikwuano State Constituency in the Abia State House of Assembly, as he marks his birthday today.
