A Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship aspirant in Gombe State has made a passionate and bold declaration that the northeastern state will witness a significant and positive transformation if women are entrusted with leadership positions, particularly the governorship seat.
The aspirant, who is positioning herself as a credible and people-driven alternative ahead of the 2027 general elections, made the remarks while addressing party stakeholders and supporters, urging Gombe residents to look beyond gender and focus on capacity, vision, and integrity in choosing their next governor.
