Abia APC Congratulates Deputy Speaker Benjamin Kalu on Conferment of PhD from UNICAL

UMUAHIA, ABIA STATE — The All Progressives Congress (APC), Abia State Chapter, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Okezie Kalu, on the successful conferment of a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Law by the University of Calabar.

In a press release signed by the State Publicity Secretary, Uche Aguoru, on behalf of the State Executive Committee and State Working Committee, the party described the academic feat as a testament to Kalu’s commitment to intellectual excellence, personal development, and visionary leadership.
