ABUJA – The Federal Capital Territory Police Command has confirmed the arrest and arraignment of Mr. Samuel Ojeogwu, described as an associate of Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, on multiple criminal charges.
In a statement issued on Friday, FCT Police Public Relations Officer SP Josephine Adeh revealed that Ojeogwu faces charges including criminal conspiracy, trespass, assault, criminal intimidation, theft, and cyber-bullying.
The command received a petition against Ojeogwu and three others on October 28, 2025, prompting an investigation. According to the statement, Ojeogwu “ignored several invitations for questioning” before being arrested in Lagos under a court-issued warrant.
“Upon the conclusion of investigations, the suspect was on the 6th of November 2025 charged to court,” Adeh stated, noting that Ojeogwu has been remanded pending fulfilment of his bail conditions.
The police emphasized their commitment to “professional policing, due process, and the rule of law” in handling the case.
