DUTSIN-MA – Professor Armaya’u Hamisu Bichi is the new Vice-Chancellor of Federal University Dutsin-Ma (FUDMA).
The University’s Governing Council announced the appointment this week. Professor Bichi is a respected scholar in Biochemistry.
He previously served as the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) at the university. This experience gives him a strong understanding of the institution’s goals.
In a statement, the new Vice-Chancellor shared his vision.
“I will work to make FUDMA a centre of excellence in learning and research,” Professor Bichi said. “We will focus on improving infrastructure and supporting our students and staff.”
The appointment is for a five-year term. The university community has welcomed the news, hoping for continued growth under his leadership.
