2027: Eric Opah Rallies APC Members for Unity During Ukwa East Appreciation Visit

The All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in Abia State, Chief Eric Opah, has continued his statewide appreciation tour with a visit to Ukwa East Local Government Area, where he thanked party members for their support during the party’s governorship primary.

CDA News Nigeria reports that Chief Opah was received by APC leaders and stakeholders led by **Rt. Hon. Emeka Stanley**, alongside party executives and supporters. Members of his delegation included his running mate, **Dr. Godswill Agu Egbe**, **Chief Charles Ogbonna**, **Rt. Hon. Martins Azubuike**, and other party stakeholders.

CDA News gathered from the campaign organisation that Opah described the visit as a gesture of appreciation to party faithful for their loyalty and commitment throughout the primary election process. He also informed members that all statutory requirements for his nomination had been completed, including the successful upload of his name to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) portal.

The APC governorship candidate urged party members to remain united, avoid internal divisions, and work collectively toward victory in the 2027 general elections. According to him, the party’s strength lies in unity and a shared commitment to serving the people of Abia State.

Responding on behalf of APC stakeholders in Ukwa East, Rt. Hon. Emeka Stanley commended Opah for the visit and reaffirmed the chapter’s commitment to supporting the party ahead of the 2027 elections.
