LABOUR MINISTER ONYEJEOCHA RECEIVES CITY BOY MOVEMENT, PLEDGES SUPPORT FOR APC MOBILIZATION

ABUJA, NIGERIA – The Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Rt. Hon. Nkeiruka Onyejeocha, has received members of the Abia State Chapter of the City Boy Movement in her office, where discussions centered on strengthening the All Progressives Congress (APC) structure in the state ahead of the 2027 elections.

The movement, which has been actively mobilizing support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election and the Renewed Hope Agenda, was led by its Abia State Director, Ambassador Mayor Igbokwe (Don Lulu). The delegation included State Coordinator Mr. Okechukwu Gberemako,(CEO JEFF xCHANGE) Dr. Chibudom Jephthah Chigozirim, and Mr. Charles Ukeagu.

During the meeting, Onyejeocha commended the group for its energy, organization, and commitment to grassroots engagement. She emphasized that sustained mobilization and collaboration would be crucial to expanding the party’s reach across Abia State.

“Your efforts in engaging communities and advancing youth inclusion are commendable. Together, we will build the momentum required for 2027,” the Minister stated.

The City Boy Movement, inspired by Barr. Seyi Tinubu’s vision for inclusive youth engagement, continues to play a growing role in APC’s grassroots mobilization efforts, particularly in the South-East region.
