The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced that candidates who sat for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) can now print their original result slips.
The decision was disclosed in a statement by JAMB’s Public Communication Adviser, Dr Fabian Benjamin. According to him, the JAMB has opened the portal for 2026 UTME original result slip printing, making the slips available for printing within two hours on Wednesday, June 17, 2026.
CDA News Nigeria reports that the original result slip contains candidates’ photographs, national rankings, and other security features designed to enhance its authenticity and acceptance for official purposes. The document is among the official requirements for post-UTME screening and admission consideration by tertiary institutions.
CDA News Nigeria gathered that the Candidates can conveniently print their original result slips from any internet-enabled device, including personal computers, mobile phones, or accredited business centres. JAMB advised candidates to carefully review their details after printing and keep copies for future admission-related use.
