The All Progressives Congress (APC) House of Assembly candidate for Ikwuano State Constituency, Hon. Ugwumba Chika Ishionwu, has congratulated the Abia APC State Youth Leader, Hon. Chief Jerry Chinedum Awa, on the occasion of his birthday.
