Atuma Formally Declares Senate Intention to Osisioma Ngwa APC Stakeholders

Rt. Hon. Emeka Atuma has formally declared his intention to run for the Abia Central Senatorial District seat before All Progressives Congress (APC) stakeholders in Osisioma Ngwa Local Government Area.

The declaration, made during a high-level interactive session with party leaders and delegates, marked a significant step in Atuma’s consultation tour across the six LGAs that make up the senatorial district.

Atuma, who served as a member of the House of Representatives (Ikwuano/Umuahia Federal Constituency) from 2003 to 2007, reminded the gathering of his legislative achievements and development projects, many of which are still serving communities today.

“I am here to formally declare my intention to represent Abia Central in the Senate. I will replicate the same quality representation, human capital development, and infrastructural impact I delivered in my single term,” Atuma told the stakeholders.

He pledged an all-inclusive leadership style that will cut across party lines and benefit every community in the six LGAs. He also reiterated his commitment to zoning and political equity, promising a single term if elected.

The APC stakeholders received Atuma warmly, with several leaders commending his humility, experience, and track record. They assured him of their support during the party primaries and pledged to work for his emergence as the APC flagbearer.

CDA News Nigeria gathered that Chief Nnamdi Amala called on the Osisioma Ngwa Stakeholders of the party to support the aspiration of Rt Hon Emeka Atuma to represent the people of Abia Central Senatorial district for qualitative representation and ability to bring dividend of democracy to the people.

‎He also maintained that during the primaries, the people of Osisioma Ngwa Local Government Chapter of the party will not only support but also ensure that Rt Hon Emeka Atuma emerges the flagbearer of the party during the general election.

‎He prayed for God’s mercy, guidance and protection for Rt. Hon Emeka Atuma campaign team while on their way back to the base.

Atuma’s consultation continues across other LGAs as the APC primaries draw nearer.
