ABUJA – The Bank of Industry (BOI) has announced the appointment of Alhaji Murtala Mubarak as the pioneer Managing Director of its newly created subsidiary, BOI Investment & Trust Limited.
The appointment, confirmed on Wednesday, is part of the bank’s strategic expansion to strengthen its development financing and investment management services across Nigeria.
Mubarak, a seasoned finance expert with over two decades of experience in banking and investment, is expected to drive the subsidiary’s mandate of managing trust funds, special intervention projects, and equity investments targeted at SMEs and key sectors of the economy.
The move aligns with BOI’s efforts to deepen its impact and mobilize additional capital for industrial growth and economic diversification.
