Clarivo Oil and Gas has announced plans to develop a world-class oil refinery in Calabar, Cross River State, in a move set to enhance Nigeria’s downstream oil and gas sector.
The company’s Chief Executive Officer, Chief Obidike Chukwuebuka, made the announcement, highlighting the project’s potential to support local refining capacity, create jobs, and contribute to national energy security.
