The Certified True Copy (CTC) of the Federal High Court judgment nullifying the registration of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) has emerged, providing fresh insight into the legal dispute surrounding the political party.
According to details contained in the judgment, the court set aside an earlier ruling that directed the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to register the NDC as a political party.
The court held that a critical party in the matter was not given the opportunity to be heard before the earlier judgment was delivered, thereby raising issues of fair hearing and due process.
