FG Sets Uniform Prices for Renewed Hope Housing Nationwide

The Federal Government has approved fixed, nationwide prices for its Renewed Hope housing units. The initiative aims to make homeownership more transparent and equitable for Nigerians across all regions.

According to the Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, the approved prices are ₦8.5 million for a one-bedroom bungalow, ₦11.5 million for a two-bedroom, and ₦12.5 million for a three-bedroom semi-detached bungalow.

Minister Arc. Ahmed Musa Dangiwa stated that priority will be given to low- and middle-income earners, civil servants, and private sector employees. To enhance affordability, the ministry offers flexible payment options, including outright payment, mortgages, and a rent-to-own scheme.

Prospective applicants can purchase the houses through the official Renewed Hope Housing online portal or the Ministry’s offices nationwide.
