Gov. Yusuf Defends Kwankwaso, Warns Against Insults

Kano State Governor, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, has issued a strong warning against verbal attacks on former Governor and NNPP leader, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso.

Governor Yusuf, while addressing recent disparaging comments made by a social media influencer, described Kwankwaso as a key architect of modern Kano who has contributed immensely to the state’s development and political evolution.

He cautioned against the use of insulting language and personal attacks in political discourse, urging respect for elders and leaders who have served the state.

The governor’s statement underscores ongoing efforts to maintain dignity in public debate and protect the political legacy of influential figures in Kano politics.
