ORU – The Oru Youth Association,Ikwuano LGA of Abia state has officially announced the commencement of the 2025/2026 Oru League Inter-Community Soccer Gala, set to begin on Saturday, December 20, 2025.
The tournament will be held at the Ndoro Central School Field, with community teams across Oru expected to compete for top honors. The event is proudly sponsored by Michael Chinedum Kanu, widely known as Ikuku Oru Nke Nbu.
In a call for support, the association has invited fans, community members, and football lovers to turn out in large numbers to cheer their respective teams to victory. The tournament aims to foster unity, showcase local talent, and promote sports development within the Oru community.
