ABUJA, Nigeria – Professor Joash Amunpitan, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), on Thursday appeared before the Senate for a crucial screening session to determine his suitability as the next Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
The nominee, who arrived at the National Assembly complex accompanied by Kogi State Governor, Ahmed Ododo, and other dignitaries, was ushered into the Red Chamber shortly before 1:00 PM.
