KADUNA – A new partnership between two real estate firms is set to transform the residential landscape in Kaduna. Pumpkin Property Limited has entered an exclusive promotional agreement with Al-Nuri Duniya Nigeria Limited to develop and market two new housing projects in the city’s burgeoning Millennium City area.
The collaboration, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), will see the delivery of two distinct estates: the high-end Prime Living Estate and the mid-income Prime View Estate.
Prime Living Estate is positioned as a luxury gated community, featuring four to six-bedroom duplexes equipped with penthouses, private elevators, and smart-home technology. In contrast, Prime View Estate is designed for affordability, offering 2 and 3-bedroom bungalows with modern infrastructure for medium-income earners.
Oladeji Bamidele, Managing Director of Pumpkin Property, described the partnership as a “strategic alignment of shared goals” that combines his firm’s marketing strength with Al-Nuri Duniya’s development expertise. He stated the joint vision is to expand access to premium housing options in the region.
The Managing Director of Al-Nuri Duniya, Muhammad Nura Abdullahi, added that the projects will not only enhance Kaduna’s urban profile but are also expected to drive local economic growth and create jobs. Both estates will feature reliable power, green spaces, and robust security systems.
