The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, has appointed the outgoing Director of Protocol in the FCT Administration, Alhaji Sani Musa Daura, as his Senior Special Assistant on Protocol Matters.
A statement issued on Wednesday noted that Daura, a seasoned civil servant with over 30 years of experience in the FCTA Protocol Department, will retire from service on January 24, 2026, with the new appointment taking effect immediately thereafter.
Daura has served as Director of FCT Protocol since 2019 and is expected to bring his extensive experience to the minister’s office in his new advisory role.
