Distinguished Senator Samuel Anyanwu has officially resumed duties at the National Headquarters of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), marking the beginning of renewed administrative activities within the party.
The resumption took place at the party’s national secretariat, Wadata Plaza, in Abuja, where preparations are underway for a crucial National Working Committee (NWC) meeting.
The meeting is expected to set the tone for key strategic decisions and engagements under the reconstituted leadership.
As part of activities marking the commencement of his tenure, prayers were offered at the secretariat to dedicate the office and seek divine guidance for a successful administration.
The symbolic gesture reflected a renewed commitment to unity, discipline, and effective leadership within the party.
Anyanwu, who begins another term as National Secretary, is expected to play a central role in coordinating party affairs and strengthening internal structures ahead of future political contests.
Party stakeholders have expressed optimism that the new leadership will usher in a proactive and result-driven approach to governance within the PDP, while fostering cohesion among members nationwide.
The development comes at a critical time as the party continues to reposition itself and consolidate its structure in preparation for upcoming political activities.
