The All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for Abia Central Senatorial District, Rep. Emeka Atuma, has unveiled his official campaign ahead of the 2027 National Assembly election, with a clear message built on experience, integrity, impact, and hope.
CDA News Nigeria reports that the poster, which has been circulating across the constituency, formally presents Atuma as the APC flagbearer for the Abia Central Senatorial Zone, with a direct call to voters: “Vote for Rep. Emeka Atuma for Senate, Abia Central Senatorial Zone.”

Atuma previously served in the House of Representatives from 2003 to 2007, representing the Ikwuano/Umuahia North/Umuahia South Federal Constituency. During his tenure, he chaired the House Committee on Environment and Ecological Management, a period that saw the establishment of the National Oil Spill Detection and Response Agency (NOSDRA) framework and the National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency (NESREA).
