The situation escalated into a physical confrontation over a minor disagreement, which was captured on video and widely circulated .

The Abia State Police Command has arrested Agwu Ukpo . He will face charges of assault and attempted murder . The police confirmed the arrest and that investigations are ongoing at the State Criminal Investigation Department . The incident has sparked widespread outrage and calls for justice, with authorities vowing to ensure the law takes its full course .
