The All Progressives Congress (APC) has reconstituted its National Convention Central Coordination Committee, replacing Imo State Governor Hope Uzodimma with former Katsina State Governor Aminu Bello Masari as Chairman.
In a statement issued on Friday by the party’s National Secretary, Surajudeen Basiru, the APC explained that the changes followed “further consultations with its leadership and national stakeholders.” Uzodimma will now serve as the committee’s Treasurer.
The committee has also been expanded from 73 to 90 members to accommodate broader stakeholder representation ahead of the party’s national convention scheduled for March 27–28, 2026.
Other key appointments include former Senate President Anyim Pius Anyim as Vice Chairman I and Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq as Vice Chairman II. Yobe State Governor Mai Mala Buni retains his position as Secretary.
