Chidinma Ojukwu Denies Involving Co-Defendant in Super TV CEO’s Murder

LAGOS – In a dramatic court testimony on Tuesday, Chidinma Ojukwu firmly stated that her co-defendant, Adedapo Quadri, had no involvement in the death of Super TV CEO, Usifo Ataga.

Testifying at the Lagos State High Court, Ojukwu claimed her interactions with Quadri were limited to specific transactions and “had nothing to do with Ataga’s death.”

Under cross-examination, the former University of Lagos student clarified that Quadri only supplied her with cannabis and Rohypnol and helped produce her school identity card.

Ojukwu recounted that on the day of the incident, she contacted Quadri solely to request more drugs. She insisted he never visited the apartment and was unaware of the tragic events that unfolded.

The case, which involves charges of conspiracy and murder, has been adjourned until November 6, 2025, for further trial
