Kano Police Chief Decorates 29 Promoted Officers, Stresses Integrity

The Kano State Police Commissioner, Ibrahim Adamu Bakori, has decorated 29 officers with their new ranks.

The ceremony took place on Monday at the Officers’ Mess in Kano. The promoted officers include the Police Public Relations Officer, SP Abdullahi Haruna.

Commissioner Bakori described the promotion as a reward for hard work and commitment. He stated the promotions were approved by the Police Service Commission.

He reminded the officers that their new ranks come with greater responsibility.

“Your promotion is a call to greater responsibility,” Bakori said. “Lead by example and inspire your subordinates.”

He urged them to uphold professionalism and integrity in their service to the community.
