The Director of the City Boy Movement, Abia State Chapter, Hon. Mayor Lucky Obinwa Igbokwe, has issued a passionate call to all All Progressives Congress (APC) members across Abia State to come out in large numbers and actively participate in today’s APC Presidential Primary Election, casting their votes decisively for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR).
In a strongly worded mobilisation message, Mayor Igbokwe described the presidential primary as a defining moment for APC faithful — a crucial opportunity to send a clear, unified, and unmistakable message of confidence and unwavering support for the President’s Renewed Hope Agenda ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The grassroots leader spoke glowingly of the Tinubu administration’s remarkable strides across key sectors of the Nigerian economy, highlighting landmark initiatives including the Student Loan Scheme, social investment programmes, agricultural interventions, major road infrastructure projects, increased support for local governments, youth empowerment initiatives, and programmes designed to support young entrepreneurs across the country.
“President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has demonstrated courage, vision, and commitment towards repositioning Nigeria for sustainable growth and development. This primary election presents another opportunity for party faithful to reaffirm their support for his leadership and the Renewed Hope Agenda,” Mayor Igbokwe declared.
He further stressed that sustaining the current administration through a decisive re-election mandate will further consolidate the significant gains being recorded nationwide in economic growth, infrastructural development, food security, job creation, and stronger governance at all levels.
Mayor Igbokwe urged APC members, stakeholders, youths, and women across Abia State to remain united, peaceful, and committed throughout the exercise, participating fully to ensure a successful and credible primary election.
He also reaffirmed the City Boy Movement’s firm commitment to grassroots mobilisation and continuous support for President Tinubu’s leadership and vision for a greater Nigeria.
