The Southeast Young Leaders Consultative Forum (SEYLCF) has announced it will confer a prestigious Ambassadorial Award of Honor on Chief Chukwunma Nnochiri. The award ceremony is set to recognize his significant contributions to public service and community development.
Chief Nnochiri, a prominent chieftain of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), is also a frontline contender for the Abia Central Senatorial District seat in the 2027 elections. He is widely described as a nationalist, statesman, and humanitarian by his supporters and peers.
The SEYLCF stated that the award is in recognition of Chief Nnochiri’s enduring legacy of leadership, his advocacy for youth inclusion in governance, and his philanthropic endeavors across the region. The forum highlights his role as a bridge-builder and a voice for progressive politics.
In a brief comment ahead of the event, a representative from SEYLCF said, “This award is our way of honoring individuals who exemplify true service and patriotism. Chief Nnochiri’s track record makes him a worthy recipient.”
The event is expected to draw dignitaries, political allies, and youth leaders from across the Southeast and beyond.
