Soludo’s Wife Takes Up Tortured Boy’s Case

Wife of the Anambra State Governor, Mrs. Nonye Soludo, has vowed to ensure justice for a 10-year-old boy who was allegedly subjected to torture by his guardians.

Reacting to the disturbing incident, Mrs. Soludo condemned the alleged abuse, describing it as cruel, unacceptable, and a violation of the rights and dignity of the child.

She assured the public that those found culpable would face the full weight of the law, stressing that the state government remains committed to protecting children from all forms of abuse, neglect, and exploitation.

The First Lady also called on residents to promptly report cases of child abuse to relevant authorities, emphasizing that safeguarding children is a collective responsibility.

The incident has sparked outrage among residents and child rights advocates, who have demanded swift investigation and prosecution of those responsible.

Authorities are expected to continue investigations as the victim receives the necessary care and support.
