APC Schedules National Caucus and NEC Meetings for Mid-December in Abuja

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has officially announced it will convene two major governing meetings at the Presidential Villa in Abuja in mid-December 2025.

According to a notice signed by the party’s National Secretary, Senator Ajibola Basiru, the National Caucus meeting is scheduled for Monday, December 15, 2025, at 6:00 PM. This will be followed by the National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 12:00 PM.

These meetings bring together the party’s highest decision-making organs. The National Caucus comprises key stakeholders, including the party’s national officers, serving and former presidents and governors, legislative leaders, and state chairmen. The broader NEC includes these members plus additional national officers, zonal representatives, and other officials elected by the party’s national convention.

The meetings come at a significant time in Nigeria’s political calendar and are expected to address crucial party and national issues ahead of the 2027 general election cycle.
