The All Progressives Congress (APC) has announced the cost of nomination forms for its upcoming national convention, with the form for the national chairmanship position pegged at N10.1 million.
The fee schedule, released by the party’s National Organising Secretary, Sulaiman Muhammad Argungu, details costs for all positions from the National Working Committee down to the ward level.
According to the schedule, the expression of interest form for NWC positions is N100,000. Aspirants for Deputy National Chairman and National Secretary will pay N7.5 million each, while other national offices cost N5 million. The party has introduced a 50% discount on nomination forms for female aspirants, youths, and persons with disabilities.
At the state level, the nomination form for State Chairman is N1 million. All forms are to be filled online after payment verification. The party stated that payments must be made directly into designated APC bank accounts.
The release of the fee structure marks a key step in preparations for the party’s national convention scheduled for next month.
