The Director of the CityBoy Movement, Abia State Chapter, Mayor Lucky Igbokwe (Don Lulu), has extended warm Democracy Day greetings to the people of Abia State and Nigerians nationwide.
In his June 12 message, Don Lulu described Democracy Day as a celebration of Nigeria’s resilience, the sacrifices of democratic heroes, and the enduring power of the people’s voice in shaping the nation’s future.
He noted that democracy remains the strongest instrument for promoting unity, justice, development, and good governance across the country.
The philanthropist and businessman also commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for his efforts in implementing the Renewed Hope Agenda, aimed at driving economic reforms, national development, and strengthening the nation.
Don Lulu urged Nigerians, particularly the youth, to remain committed to democratic principles by participating actively in governance, promoting peace, and supporting initiatives that foster growth and progress in their communities.
He called on citizens to work collectively towards building a more prosperous, united, and inclusive Nigeria.
“Together, let us continue to work towards a better Nigeria. Happy Democracy Day,” he stated.
