Dr. Ifeanyi Uke has been awarded the “Philanthropist of the Year” title by the Women’s Ministries of The Apostolic Church, Nnono Assembly. This marks his second major award in a matter of days.
The award was presented during the church’s 2025 annual women’s rally, tagged “Radiance,” held at the church auditorium. It was given in recognition of Dr. Uke’s “numerous impact… towards the growth of the church and society.”
The church leadership highlighted his extensive charitable work through the Ifeanyi Uke Foundation. This includes providing scholarships to students, supporting youth entrepreneurs, and offering welfare programs for the elderly and orphans.
Comrade Kasarachi Sunday accepted the award on Dr. Uke’s behalf. He thanked the church for the honour and promised that the foundation would continue its mission to improve society.
The event was described as a high-profile occasion, coming shortly after Dr. Uke received a separate “Compassion-In-Action” award the previous Saturday.
