Lawmaker Honoured For Landmark Bills On Healthcare And Governance – Hon. Nwaka

Abuja – Honourable Obi Aguocha, the member representing Ikwuano in the House of Representatives, has received a formal commendation for sponsoring two landmark bills aimed at transforming his constituency.

The letter of commendation, from Hon. Osinachi Hycinth Nwaka, the Director-General of the Ministry of Finance Incorporated (MOFI) in Abia State, praised Aguocha’s “visionary and historic” efforts.

The two bills seek to establish a Federal Medical Centre (FMC) in Ikwuano to improve healthcare access and to create two new Local Government Areas—Ikwuano North and South—to bring governance closer to the people and spur development.

In the letter, Hon. Nwaka described Aguocha’s work as “a shining example of effective representation” that will have a lasting impact on the lives of his constituents.
