The All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate for the 2027 Abia State election, Chief Eric Opah, has continued his reconciliation and consultation tour with a courtesy visit to the Abia State Director of the CityBoy Movement, Chief Lucky Igbokwe (Don Lulu), at his country home.
According to CDA News Nigeria, the visit was part of efforts by the APC governorship candidate to promote unity, strengthen internal cohesion and engage key party stakeholders ahead of the 2027 general election.
Speaking during the meeting, Opah commended Don Lulu for his loyalty and commitment to the APC, describing him as a dedicated party member whose contributions to youth empowerment, job creation and philanthropy have earned him widespread respect. He said his vision is to industrialise Abia State, create employment opportunities and build a stronger and more united APC.
Opah also encouraged the CityBoy Movement to continue mobilising support for the party, assuring its members of their importance to the APC’s future.
In his remarks, Don Lulu reaffirmed his loyalty to the APC and pledged continued support for the party’s leadership. He called on young people to remain actively involved in politics and work towards strengthening the APC ahead of the 2027 elections.
CDA News Nigeria reports that the meeting was attended by the APC deputy governorship candidate, Dr. Godswill Agu Egbe, High Chief Uche Aguoru, Barr. Emeka Okoroafor, Chief Charles Ogbonna, Elder John Nwangborogwu and other party leaders.
