Nollywood actress Sarah Martins has been hospitalized after suddenly collapsing, an incident she attributes to severe exhaustion from working nonstop throughout December.
In an emotional Instagram post, Martins narrated waking up unable to feel her body and later slumping while conducting interviews at her shop.
She was immediately rushed to the hospital, where doctors performed over 30 medical tests, including screenings for cancer, fibroid, kidney and liver issues, malaria, and typhoid—all of which returned negative.
Martins admitted she neglected self-care while working tirelessly to provide for others, describing herself as “a walking corps working tirelessly to cater for others, forgetting myself.”
Currently on bed rest, she expressed gratitude to God for protecting her health and remains optimistic about recovery.
