PDP Chieftain Tasks New Acting Chairman With Uniting Party

A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Ambassador Ojong Agbor, has called on the new Acting National Chairman, Alhaji Mohammed Abdulrahman, to focus on reuniting the party.

In a statement on Monday, Agbor described Abdulrahman’s emergence as a necessary step to save the party from collapse.

He congratulated the new chairman and urged immediate action to restore confidence among members.

Agbor said the new chairman’s top priorities should be to bring peace, conduct all outstanding state congresses, and set up a process for a proper National Convention.

He concluded by praying for divine guidance for Abdulrahman as he leads the party at this critical time.
