President Tinubu Orders Service Chiefs to “Smash” Emerging Security Threats

ABUJA – In a decisive address to the newly appointed service chiefs, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has issued firm directives to tackle the nation’s evolving security challenges head-on.

The President expressed grave concern over the emergence of new armed groups in the North-Central, North-West, and parts of Southern Nigeria. He demanded a proactive and results-oriented approach from the military leadership.

“We must not allow these new threats to fester. We must be decisive and proactive. Let us smash the new snakes right in the head,” President Tinubu stated emphatically.

He charged the security chiefs to be innovative and pre-emptive, urging the deployment of technology in operations. The President emphasized that Nigerians expect concrete results and not excuses, promising his full support to ensure the crisis that began in 2009 is brought to a definitive end.
