ABUJA – The detailed list of military officers implicated in the alleged plot to overthrow President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s government has emerged, revealing a striking regional pattern as all 16 named suspects hail from states in Northern Nigeria.
The list, sourced from military insiders, includes a Brigadier General, Colonels, Lieutenant Colonels, Majors, Captains, and junior officers. The officers represent a cross-section of the army, navy, and air force, with most drawn from the Infantry, Signals, and Ordnance Corps.
