APC Appoints Senator Ned Nwoko as Chairman of National Convention Protocol Subcommittee

Port Harcourt, Rivers State – In a strategic move ahead of its forthcoming National Convention, the All Progressives Congress (APC) has appointed Senator Ned Nwoko as Chairman of the Protocol Subcommittee of the Convention Committee.

The subcommittee, pivotal to the smooth execution of the convention, oversees delegate accreditation, seating arrangements, coordination of dignitaries, and compliance with party procedures. Senator Nwoko will lead a team of prominent party members, including Abba Bello as Co-Chairman, Kalifat Obama as Vice Chairman, and Barr. Mary Ekpere as Secretary. Other members comprise Hon. Ibori-Suenu Erhiatake, Hon. Hussaini Namadi Abdulkadir, Hon. Prince Wali Wosu, Hon. Chidiebere Oku-Worlu, Hon. Aminu Sani Jaji, and Hon. Bello Kaoje.

The APC National Convention serves as a critical platform for leadership decisions, policy direction, and party cohesion. Senator Nwoko’s appointment highlights the party’s commitment to structured oversight, procedural discipline, and orderly conduct during high-stakes political assemblies.
