Former federal lawmaker, Rep. Sam Onuigbo, has commended the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Okezie Kalu (CFR), for his exemplary leadership of the Abia State Caucus of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Onuigbo made the commendation following three days of strategic meetings convened by the caucus to foster harmony and unity among party members in the state. In a statement, he described the gathering as timely and essential for strengthening the party’s grassroots structures.
“I am thankful that we have been able to iron out our differences and come together as a family fully focused on advancing the collective interests of the party in line with Mr President’s Renewed Hope Agenda,” Onuigbo stated.
He expressed optimism about the party’s future in Abia, noting that the caucus now looks forward to successful congresses in the coming weeks and months.
The former lawmaker specifically thanked Kalu for his leadership role, describing him as the leader of the APC in Abia State and a unifying force within the party.
