ILORIN – Military forces have taken control of a Kwara State community following a devastating terrorist attack on a local church that resulted in multiple casualties and kidnappings during Sunday service.
The substantial military deployment to the affected community came hours after gunmen stormed the church service, opening fire on worshippers and abducting an unspecified number of congregants before security forces could respond.
