A yet-to-be-identified housewife in Delta State has been arrested for allegedly killing her husband and a woman suspected to be his lover following a violent domestic dispute. The incident occurred in the Ighwre-Ovie area of Ughelli North Local Government Area after prolonged accusations of infidelity by the wife, a mother of two. According to sources, the husband returned home intoxicated, leading to a confrontation that resulted in his death. The wife later went to the home of the alleged lover within the same community and attacked her, resulting in her death.
